DCI provides a personalised service to simply manage the accommodation for your delegates, with only one contact. This can be done online, by email, fax or a combination of the three.
We take the hassle out of sourcing quotes and use our extensive industry experience to negotiate rates at suitable accommodation venues to cater to all budgets. We secure room blocks to ensure all delegates have the best possible rates and ensure that you receive the maximum number of free of charge rooms, to use for speakers or committee members.
We manage all room bookings, providing hotels with necessary booking reports, and ensuring each property is kept up to date with accommodation booked. Plus we can manage the release back of rooms at 90 days, 60 days and 30 days – taking the worry from you.
Finally, we process all types of payments, allowing for direct payment, credit card or direct deposits.
