Destination Conference & Incentive, under the direction of the Principal Kerrie Wise, provides over 20 years of experience and knowledge in managing conferences and events. Firstly from working from within Hotels in conference operations to building Destination Conference & Incentive and working directly in Conference and Event Management.

Along with a professional management team and extensive inside hotel knowledge, DCI has great negotiation skills and the ability to work with hotel staff during any event to ensure excellent service. The teams’ combined background has developed service standards to exceed our client expectations.

Destination Conference & Incentive are Gold Coast based but can efficiently co ordinate and manage a conference or event anywhere within Australia or Internationally.


Kerrie Wise, Principal AMM
– 15 years experience in the Hotel and Tourism industry specialising in conference development and event management. Specific areas of expertise are hotel negotiation, onsite management, offsite requirements, speaker programs, sponsorship and exhibition management, Budgets and Financial Control. Kerrie is also an Accredited Meeting Manager.


Kirsten Wise
– Kirsten is a new addition to the Destination Conference & Incentive team and with over 15 years experience in hospitality & hotels will be assisting with delegate registrations, web-site development, AMTC and onsite event management.


Karen Revell (Travel)
- Our Travel Agency arm provides great financial benefits to the conferences we manage. This service provides the opportunity to handle discounted group bookings and access the most competitive airfares for delegates. Karen has over 17 years in the industry and provides a personalised and professional service to deal with all travel requirements.


Wendy Stevens
– Wendy has been working with Destination Conference & Incentive for over 2 years and is an important part of the backup for all our events. Wendy’s expertise is in brochure development and all desktop publishing requirements.


Linda Dempsey
Linda has an extensive administrative, management and organisational background from nearly 20 years experience in government and corporate international assignments.  Combined with nearly three years in the travel industry she has the flexibility to assist in all operational requirements.

Rejana WeertsRejana has worked in tourism and hospitality for over four years.  She joins us with lots of enthusiasm and is expanding her skill base providing administrative assistance for Destination Conference & Incentive, specifically assisting with travel services for our AMTC clients.
